Eligibility
The Pilates Journal Expo Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of the United States. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Pilates Journal or participating partners — including @yourreformer, @handspringpublishing, @moveactive, and @pilatesanytime_us — are not eligible to enter.
Giveaway Period
Entries open Friday, December 13, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (PST) and close Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (PST).
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
1. Follow @the_pilates_journal and all partner brands (@yourreformer, @handspringpublishing, @moveactive, @pilatesanytime_us) on Instagram.
2. Like the official giveaway post and tag friends in the comments (up to three entries per person).
3. Bonus Expo Entry: Attend The Pilates Journal Expo – Huntington Beach, CA (January 10–11, 2026) and complete an onsite entry form at the Giveaway Desk for one extra entry.
All valid entries received during the Giveaway Period will be included in the random prize draw.
Open to US residents 18+ only.Selection of Winners
Four winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified after the Expo and notified via direct message or email by Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Winners do not need to be present at the Expo to claim their prize.Prizes
Each winner will receive one of the following prizes, generously supplied by our partner brands:
1. Grand Prize – The Studio Reformer from @yourreformer, delivered anywhere in the U.S., plus a 12-month “Your Reformer” App subscription
Retail value: $3,900 USD2. Second Prize – Pilates Applications for Health Conditions two-volume set from @handspringpublishing

Retail value: $200 USDAll prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Notification and Delivery
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message or email within five (5) business days of the draw. Prizes will be shipped free of charge within the United States. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, a new winner may be selected at The Pilates Journal’s discretion.
Publicity
By entering, participants grant The Pilates Journal Expo the right to use their name, image, and likeness in promotional materials, including social media, website, and press releases, without additional compensation.
General Conditions
The Pilates Journal Expo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway at any time without prior notice. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely to administer the Giveaway and may be shared with participating partner brands for prize fulfillment and related communication. Data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The Pilates Journal Expo and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical malfunctions that may affect entry submission.
Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, CA.
