What Media & Attendees Are Allowed To Do
• Capture general event atmosphere footage, including the Expo Hall, exhibitor booths, product displays, and public networking areas.
• Conduct informal conversations with attendees, exhibitors, and brand representatives for social content.
• Take photos or short video clips that do not disrupt sessions.
• Film your own participation in classes or activities without impacting the presenter or other attendees.
• Share content on social media, provided it follows this policy.
What Is Not Permitted
• Interviewing speakers without written approval from The Pilates Journal Expo.
• Recording any sessions, workshops, classes, or panels without permission.
• Livestreaming from inside session rooms.
• Filming presentation content, slides, or exercises taught in a session.
• Filming in back-of-house areas or staff-only spaces.
• Commercial solicitation or pitching to exhibitors, speakers, or attendees unless an approved sponsor.
Obtaining Permission
• Formal permission is required for interviews, session recordings, commercial filming, or any long-form filming.

Content Use
• Respect participant privacy when filming.
• The Pilates Journal Expo may request removal of content that violates policy.
Consequences for Non-Compliance
• Removal from the venue.
• Revocation of media or attendee passes.
• Cancellation of future participation privileges.
