As an industry veteran with nearly three decades of experience, having commenced his career in 1995. He is a specialist in premium equipment manufacturing and distribution, with a strong reputation for building businesses that deliver high-quality, premium outcomes.
Troy founded his business during the Global Financial Crisis and has successfully operated it for 19 years, demonstrating resilience, strategic foresight, and long-term commercial discipline. He has extensive experience in growing and developing large-scale franchise networks, as well as launching and scaling small businesses.
Currently, Troy is an owner, director, and major shareholder in multiple fitness businesses, where he plays a hands-on role in strategic direction, operational design, and growth execution. He has held numerous board positions across SME and not-for-profit organisations, contributing governance expertise and commercially grounded leadership.
Troy’s specialty lies in the development of delivery-based business concepts and operating models, with a particular focus on scalability, operational excellence, and premium customer experience.
