Kimberley Garlick

Kimberley Garlick is a dynamic force in Pilates and wellness whose journey began in ballet, dancing full-time from 16 until injuries shifted her path at 20. Transitioning into fitness in 1992, she quickly became a respected presenter and leader, later studying Human Movement at Australian Catholic University and earning a Diploma in Nutrition.

Her passion for Pilates was first sparked at age 14, ultimately leading her to advanced training with Polestar Pilates and a Diploma at UTS. Since 2004, she has served as a Senior Educator for Polestar, shaping instructors across Australia and beyond.

Kimberley has founded successful studios, including Northern Rivers Pilates in Lismore, and created the Pilates Room certification program, empowering many professionals. Recognised as The Pilates Journal Awards Boutique Studio of the Year in 2025 and Aus Active’s 2024 Educator of the Year, she continues to inspire through her teaching, motivational speaking, and dedication to fostering a positive movement experience.
