Ken Griffin is the CEO of AUSactive, the peak body for Australia’s exercise and active health industry. Appointed in October 2025, Ken brings more than two decades of experience in marketing, communications, and government affairs across healthcare, not-for-profit, pharmaceutical, beverage, and logistics sectors.

Ken is widely respected for his strategic vision and passion for preventative healthcare and brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and organisational leadership. With a track record for bringing sectors together to set strategic direction and advance health policy, Ken has held leadership roles at the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA), GlaxoSmithKline, Hospira (now Pfizer), and Linfox.
