Anita Horry is a 2nd Generation Pilates Master Teacher, founder of the Anita Horry Academy, and a reviewer for ITTAP (International Teacher Training Accreditation Program). She is dedicated to raising the global standard of Pilates teacher education by training and mentoring instructors worldwide and ensuring programs meet the highest levels of quality and integrity.

Known for her evidence-based approach to classical Pilates, Anita helps teachers move beyond memorizing exercises to truly understanding the method as a complete system. Through her teacher training programs, workshops, and mentorship, she has supported countless instructors in refining their teaching, deepening their knowledge, and building thriving careers.

Anita also contributes to the industry as a writer, speaker, and judge for the 2025 Pilates Journal Awards in Los Angeles, where she will help recognise excellence in Pilates education and leadership.
