Shayan Aziz leads Product and Engineering for the Fitness vertical at Xplor Technologies, the company behind Momence, Mariana Tek and Clubready. He's responsible for the product strategy across Xplor's fitness portfolio, which means the tools studio owners use every day — from booking and payments to retention and growth — ultimately come through his team.

Shayan has spent over a decade at Xplor building software specifically for fitness and wellness businesses, and he spends a lot of his time thinking about one question: how AI actually helps a studio owner run their business better, not just as a buzzword, but as something that shows up in fewer no-shows, more retained members, and less time spent on busywork.

 He's also led the effort to roll out AI tools across Xplor's own 280 plus person engineering team — which means he's lived through the same thing studio owners are navigating with new tech: a lot of promising pilots, and the real work of figuring out what's actually worth keeping. He brings that same practical, no-hype lens to how AI shows up in Momence and Mariana Tek.
