Sam’s background and education include a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from USC (1991), a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from Western University of Health Sciences (1997), and an MBA from USC (2005). She created and teaches advanced education courses for Pilates teachers and has been presenting at Pilates conferences worldwide since 2010.
Throughout her career, Sam has had the honor of working with celebrities and professional athletes, including serving as a student athletic trainer at USC and later as the physical therapist for the Phoenix Suns, Coyotes, Mercury, and Rattlers. In 2010, she was selected as the PT for the EAS Unstoppable Tour, where she kept elite athlete Sam Tickle in top condition as he completed 30 sports in 30 cities over 30 days.
