Jessica Spillane is the Owner and Founder and Education Director of EYT Pilates Teacher Training, with 25 years of teaching, 23 years of studio ownership, and 18 years spent training teachers. She has watched the industry’s fastest period of growth firsthand — and the widening gap it has created between the number of studios opening and the number of senior teachers equipped to mentor the people staffing them.

Her mission is to make the highest quality Pilates education accessible rather than gatekept, built on the belief that knowledge should be shared, not hoarded. She champions the responsible use of technology as a support for real mentorship — not a replacement for it — including through Chat EYT, her AI mentor tool, and the Chat EYT podcast.

Jessica also administers the Pilates Studio Owner Network, a Facebook community of nearly 3,000 studio owners navigating these exact challenges together.
