Connie Holen is a marketing strategist, speaker, and host of the Boutique Fitness Marketing Podcast. As Head of Marketing + Client Experience at Zipper, an all-in-one studio management platform built for boutique fitness, she shapes the strategy, onboarding, and customer experience behind a new generation of studio software — including AI tools that let owners ask plain-language questions of their own data, spot clients at risk of churning, and automate the follow-up that used to eat their evenings.
Before Zipper, Connie spent over a decade as founder of Pixality Design, working shoulder-to-shoulder with more than 350 studio owners to translate complex technology into the everyday systems that keep studios growing. A veteran U.S. Air Force pilot, she brings precision and steady focus to helping studios grow in an industry that never stops changing.
