Every Pilates session starts with the feet. And yet most of us were trained to look everywhere else first: the core, the spine, the pelvis, the shoulders. The feet hit the ground before anything else moves, and everything above them is already reacting.
In this 90-minute workshop, Ilaria takes the classical mat repertoire and goes deep into it. The feet are a key tool and lens, but familiar exercises reveal new layers when you change the starting point and the approach, in ways that will surprise even experienced instructors.
You will move the entire time, experience Rescue LOOP and you will leave feeling things in your own body that you can bring straight into your next session.
